Good Morning Americans for the Arts Members,

This is a friendly reminder that tomorrow, November 20 at 3:00pm EDT will be our November Member Briefing. For this special edition briefing we will be joined by Jay Dick, Senior Director of State and Local Government Affairs with Americans for the Arts, as well as Stan Rosenberg, Former Massachusetts State Senator and Americans for the Arts’ Senior Arts Policy Fellow. Stan and Jay will be discussing tips and tools for you to become a resource to the newly elected (of which we have a lot after these mid-term elections!).

Details

Date/Time: Tuesday, November 19 @ 3:00pm EDT

Description: Join Americans for the Arts' (AFTA), Senior Arts Policy Fellow, Stan Rosenberg alongside Jay Dick, Senior Director of State and Local Government Affairs with AFTA as they take a look at what happened in the 2018 Mid-Term Elections. Learn tips about engaging new and returning lawmakers on arts-based issues in the days, weeks, and months following election day. We firmly believe that our #AFTAmember network is one of our strongest resources, so after our update, we’ll open the floor up to your questions, comments, recommendations, and lessons learned – we hope you’ll take advantage of each other’s expertise!

We hope to see you tomorrow!

Best,
Cristyn
