Hello/hola, esteemed colleagues:
Recently, I was in conversation with a fantastic group of individuals and I shorthanded (as we do) “LGBTQ” – one of the group stopped me and said, “please list all the things
instead of shorthanding. Naming things brings them to the surface and to the light” – and so I do my best and honor that request…and then this comes across my desk today…
How are you naming things in conversation, presentations, etc or how are you encouraging others to name things?
