Hello All!
AFTA just launched its DIAL (Diversity in Arts Leadership) Mentor applications, and we are looking for folks that will work to support a current
undergraduate student this summer (June 1 - August 6) as they navigate an internship in arts management in NYC. The interns will be from culturally and socially diverse backgrounds, and so we are interested in finding mentors that are POC or LGBTQ+ or Allies
that will cultivate a safe space for these students as they grow and learn. If you, or anyone you know, might be a good fit, please check out our application for more details! Mentor apps are due March 9th. We are looking for mentors from across the spectrum
of industry/interest/job titles, but based in the NYC area.
