Hi all,

I hope this message finds you well. As members of the Arts Education Network of Americans for the Arts,  I am writing to invite you to participate in tonight’s #ArtsEdChat on the topic of arts education and Early Childhood Education.

Early Childhood Education has been the focus of significant federal, state and local investment in recent years; the arts education community must be well versed in this work.  As an arts education supporter, connect with experts in this field, learn the language of the work, and identify new ideas to inform your path forward. The #ArtsEdChat on Early Childhood Education provides a forum for introductory learning about this growing trend. This professional development opportunity will be held in the evening from 8:00-9:00pm ET/5:00-6:00pm PT.

During the Twitter chat, I will be hosting the chat from my handle @JeffMPoulin to send out the questions using #ArtsEdChat.

How to Prepare:

·              Follow @Americans4Arts and @JeffMPoulin for promos, questions, etc

·              When sending responses, be sure to use the hashtags #ArtsEdChat and #ECE

·              Follow the other co-hosts and be sure to engage with their responses.

·              Send a promotional tweet to your followers (Example: Get ready for today’s #ArtsEdChat on the topic of #ECE hosted by @Americans4Arts at 8pm ET. Follow @Americans4Arts for more info and host, @JeffMPoulin, for questions. #artsed)

Tips for the best Twitter Chats:

Also, if you know of any other tweeters who might be interested in this topic, please let them know as well!

My best,

Jeff
