Hello all –

We are assembling a repository of cultural plans as a resource and educational tool for our local arts commissions.  In selecting which plans we’d like to include, we plan to evaluate each cultural plan according to a variety of criteria (e.g. community engagement in the planning process, strength of recommended strategies, scalability for smaller communities, etc.).  This process should allow us to identify plans that meet a “gold standard” for cultural planning as a whole and in designated priority areas.  

Has anyone created a rubric to evaluate cultural plans they would be willing to share with us?  This would be for internal use only and would help inform the creation of our own assessment tool.
