I hope this email finds you well. I am writing today with an opportunity from our friends at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts’ education division.
Is your community interested in bringing the arts, schools, philanthropy, business, city leadership, research, and higher education together cooperatively and collaboratively to improve arts education for all children? Would you be
interested in joining an established and growing national community of practice to accomplish this?
The Kennedy Center is currently accepting applications for the Ensuring the Arts for Any Given Child program. Founded in 2009, the primary goal of the program is to assist communities in developing and implementing a plan for expanded arts
education in their schools, ensuring access and equity for all students in grades K-8.

This year, to help prepare prospective sites for the application and help them gage their own readiness for participation in the program, the Kennedy Center conducted a series of webinars about the program and application process. The recording
of the webinar presentation, as well as the PowerPoint,
can be found here.
If you are interested in the Any Given Child program, Kennedy Center staff will be available for technical assistance calls between now and the application deadline, which is March 31.
