Hi everyone,

I’m putting together a program for my Rhode Island organizations on Collaboration and Resource-sharing for Arts and Culture Organizations. I’m developing the program with a cohort of organization leaders, but wanted to bring some outside-of-RI models and resources to the table.

Do any of you have examples to share of successful:

• Artistic/venue-sharing scenarios between arts organizations?
• Collaborative programming?
• Administrative collaborations (e.g. sharing administrative staff, administrative processes)?

I’m interested in examples that involve smaller budget organizations working together (meaning orgs with annual budgets under $1M, with a keen interest in orgs under $500K). Also looking for any resources that articulate “best practices” surrounding collaboration and resource-sharing for organizations.
