============
EmcArts is now accepting applications for the Greater New York City Area* cohort of Arts Leaders as Cultural Innovators (ALACI), a nationally renowned leadership development program that will engage
up to 20 first-time regional executive and artistic directors of nonprofit arts and culture organizations (or organizations that sustain significant cultural programs in their portfolio of services). The 12-month process of seminars, executive coaching, and
practicums aims to leave a long-term legacy of increased capacity for adaptive change across the New York Metro Area, and advance a cohort of leaders who can maintain and actively support organizational innovation and adaptive change processes.
*For the purposes of this program, The Greater New York City Area is defined as: New York City (5 boroughs), Long Island, the Mid- and Lower Hudson Valley, Central and Northern New Jersey and Western Connecticut.
If you or anyone you know might be interested, we’re hosting an info session about our newest cohort of ALACI on May 13th, from 4:30pm – 6:00pm at Theatre Communications
Group. RSVP here.
You can find the application online here,
and more information about the program here.
Please feel free to forward this on to anyone you think could be a good fit! We’re excited to host this impactful program in a city we care so deeply about.
