Dear Arts Ed Leaders,

 

Each year Americans for the Arts, in partnership with various associations of elected officials presents our Public Leadership in the Arts Awards which honors an elected official for their work in promoting the arts and culture in their states/communities. 

 

We are currently accepting nominations for Lt. Governor, State Legislator and County Official.

 

If you have an elected official(s) who you feel is deserving, please take a few minutes to nominate them.  The form is pretty simple and while you are allowed to submit letters of recommendation, that is not necessary.

Nominations for Lt. Governor and County Official are due May 18 while State Legislators are not due until November 2nd
