Good morning,
We have a local poetry slam group that recently struck out on their own after being under the umbrella of a national 501c3 for many years. Now they’re debating whether to become their own 501c3 or continue operating as a community group.
Do any of you know of/work with any small arts nonprofits that have gone through this type of transition and might be willing to speak with them?
