The Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission pays the City rate of $250/day for panelists and then per diem, transportation reimbursement, hotel accommodations for the time spent. We provide breakfast and lunch for panel.  If someone is here for at least 6 hours, it counts as a full day.  Generally they read up to 70 grant applications.  For my last panel, length of service was 2 ½ days.
