For our 40 operating grant recipients, we invest a minimum of 5% in their operating budgets (3 year average). Depending on their impact score, a higher percentage may be earned. Average is around 7-8%. We make a three-year flat commitment
(with annual check-in and quarterly metrics required, and dependent on campaign success). This allows groups to budget with certainty, and it allows us to deploy additional allocable funds each year in different ways.
