One of the most common requests we receive from local arts agencies is for information about salaries and compensation. Administrators, employees, and board members need comparison data to determine salary levels and set equitable
pay rates. We provide this information as a service to the entire industry.
Our previous salary report is now five years old (FY2013 salary report).
We are updating the report this fall with fresh FY2018 information so that we can provide the most up-to-date information to you and your peers.

What makes our salary survey different is that we provide information about all LAA job positions (i.e., not just executive directors). Therefore, after you complete the survey, feel free to forward this message to any colleagues at your
organization who may not have received it.
IMPORTANT NOTES: This survey is completely anonymous (the answers you provide cannot be traced back to you or your organization).
The deadline to participate is October 10. We will publish the final report as soon as it’s completed.
