We are an arts program and facilities embedded into a municipality department - Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts (PRCA).  The Cultural Arts have Rosewood Arts Centre (39,000 sq ft community arts classrooms, studios, gallery and theatre), a % for art program, and the Fraze - an outdoor amphitheater. Generally we talk about the arts as a part of our city and PRCA, but that was primarily after a big shift that the city took with communications several years ago, when they eliminated separate program/department social media accounts (for example, we used to run "Rosewood Arts Centre" as an account, but have since rolled  up into "Play Kettering" which features all the PRCA divisions). It was hard on us and many of our patrons for obvious reasons, but the shift did make us look at other ways to communicate to our arts audiences in a more targeted effort that still complied with the City's communications policy.  Here is a link to the City's communications plan: https://www.ketteringoh.org/documents/602-communications/

We are a part of our department's strategic plan, and also maintain one for Rosewood through our Kettering Arts Council.  I am attaching the PRCA plan here, but we are in the process of updating it!
