There are a couple of great engagement opportunities I want to share with you:
- Nominations close this Friday, February 9 for our
BCA 10: Best Businesses Partnering with the Arts awards program. The BCA 10 recognizes 10 businesses of all sizes for their exceptional involvement with the arts that enriches the workplace,
education, and the community. These companies set the standard for excellence and serve as role models for others to follow. We also honor an individual with the BCA Leadership Award and a partnership with the David Rockefeller Fund pARTnership Award. The
honorees will be celebrated at the 2018 BCA 10 gala on October 2, 2018 in New York City.

- Americans for the Arts
full-ride and general convention scholarship opportunities are now open for application! Applicants must be individual members of Americans for the Arts or receiving benefits through a member organization. Applicants can apply for multiple scholarships
but finalists will only be awarded one. Applications close Friday, March 2 at 11:59 p.m. (EST).

Also, one of the required components is a letter of support from the Executive Director of the organization – so – we do ask that you request a letter of support from your board chair or similar
individual.
Please share the link with your staff and community as there are a number of other scholarship opportunities available. We invite you to support attendees from your area through a scholarship with AFTA or through your existing programs.
