I have a project where, not going into the myriad of annoying details, the lighting for the mural was left out of the project construction documents between my review and the bidding of the project. The PM has offered to supply lights if I can give a spec - there is no available lighting consultant. I have a couple other ways I'm trying to get this info, but thought I'd give a shot to this list.

It's a protected exterior site - I need a ceiling flush mount wall washer. The mural is 8'h x 28'w. 

Anyone have recommendations about linear light vs wide beam can light? And if you have a specific product you've had success with, please share what you have.
