Hello,

Our City is working on updating our sculpture on loan program policies, specifically those around liability to the City for sculptures on display, insurance coverage paid by the City vs. by the Artist, responsibility for repairs if sculptures are damaged, etc. If anyone is able to share their municipality’s sculpture on loan program policies regarding these issues, I would be most grateful.
