Submittable,
Easy to use contemporary looking interface
Can be used for rfqs/rfps as well as a “forms” software in general
Easy to bring in panel members at varying visibility levels
Low Cost to numerous applications
There is some learning curve and some of the terminology is strange to arts admin but in general we like it for its appearance, readability and cost overall

Subject: Favorite RFQ/RFP Software?
Hello everyone,
I’m researching best options to run calls and would love to know your highs and lows of the various on-line options out there, such as . . .
·
Ease of use for admin, applicants, & panel members
·
Public comment or ease of info transfer for public comment
·
Cost (initial and annual fees)
·
Etc.
Thanks!
