Hi Lynn,

I'd suggested checking out our recent More than Storefronts: Insights into Creative Placemaking and Community Economic Development. Especially the content about NUNU Arts and Culture Collective of Arnaudville, Indianapolis' Fountain Square neighborhood, the work of Northeast Shores Community Development Corporation (Cleveland), and Pittsburgh's Penn Avenue Arts Initiative.

I'd also recommend looking at Juxtaposition Arts, Southeast by Southeast, and Springboard for the Arts (specifically their Irrigate and Artist Organizers programs).

Best of luck!
Rachel

And Patricia, thanks for mentioning Metris' recent "Creative Placemaking on Vacant Properties..." report!
