Dear Pax (and everyone else),

I’m in the process of putting the finishing touches on a revised annotated model agreement for AFTA now.  That will be ready to go in the next week or two.  I will send it around as soon as it’s completed.  I’m also always available for PAN members if there are quick contracts questions or concerns (more in depth analysis or work requires that I actually be retained).  More to come . . . .

Best,

Sarah

Hello Public Art Community,

I am hoping someone might have examples of contracts you’ve used for commissioned public art on public land.  I have contracts for smaller scale projects that were not commissioned by a government entity, plus I have the rather comprehensive “ANNOTATED MODEL PUBLIC ART COMMISSION AGREEMENT” that AFTA published in 2005, but I it would be great to have an apple to compare our apple to, rather than oranges and cornucopias.

I thank you for any examples you would feel comfortable sharing.

Best,

Pax
