Hello –
I’m currently doing some research in advance of a mural project. Specifically, I’m looking for any examples that you might be willing to share on agreements with business owners.
The mural program we are supporting would be in partnership with private building owners in the downtown. We are trying to understand what assurances we should be prepared to make to the owners about:

Participation in the final approvals of the murals by the owners;
·
Maintenance of the mural by our Foundation;
·
Ability of the owner to withdraw from the mural program and considerations around such a decision;
·
Etc.
I’d love any recommendations or examples that can be shared. Thanks in advance!
