If you run a paid mentorship program, particularly one tied to a specific commission, would you be willing to share the agreements you ask the mentors and the apprentices to sign (if any)?

And if you don't want to share the agreement, what would you say is particularly important to address in an agreement, in order to forestall any of the issues you may have had with the program? So far I have addressed communications, expected number of hours, and attendance expectations.  Anything else?
