GREENVILLE,NC ARTIST IN RESIDENCE
The City of Greenville, NC, East Carolina University’s School of Art and Design, Pitt County Arts Council, and A Time for Science are inviting artists to submit an application for the 2019-2020 Greenville, NC Artist in Residence Program. The focus of this residency is to activate public spaces in the Uptown Greenville District though Creative Placemaking projects. The chosen artist will have free studio space in the Art Lab located at 729 Dickinson Avenue, will teach one class for East Carolina University in Creative Placemaking, and will be hired to teach the Youth Public Arts Project.The total amount of compensation is ~$16,000.
The application deadline is Friday, March 29, 2019.
