The City of Glendale, CA is seeing an administrator for its Urban Art Program which encompasses both art in public places and arts public art programming. With an accumulated $7 million in Urban Arts Program funds from a private percent
for art, the administrator is in a position to affect real change. Glendale is a city of 200,000 immediately north of Los Angeles’ Silver Lake neighborhood and to the east of Pasadena. It is diverse with the largest Armenian population in the country, along
