Here in St. Johns County FL (St. Augustine) our Tourist Development Council has just engaged a firm. I asked our TDC director and here is the repluy:
“Downs and St. Germain? We have only just started working with them but so far they seem responsive and professional. They have done a lot of tourism based research but I am not sure what their art specific experience is.”
