SUMMARY OF POSITION

4Culture is hiring a Senior Public Art Project Manager, Level III. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with exceptional organizational and communication skills and extensive project management experience to join a public art program staff including a Director, a Project Manager, a Collection Curator, a Program Assistant and a Public Art Preparator. This position reports to the Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required education and experience: BA or BFA in arts administration, art, art history, architecture or related field and at least seven years of public art project or construction coordination (or equivalent combination of education and experience) are the minimum requirements for this position. The most successful applicants will also have experience working with design professionals, contractors and fabricators, individual artists, public art commissions and/or non-profit boards; artist selection processes; master planning, design, contract document preparation, and construction coordination for large-scale and complex public works bid/build, DBOM or design/build projects.
