I am attaching several images from the dedication (April 27, 2019). The community seems to really appreciate this project. During the dedication, the community placed solar lights amidst the daffodils. Below are some images during the day and night. One of the community members wrote a nice note to me, see below.

“My name is Jessica. I am the studio manager of CorePower Yoga on Aurora, right under the foot bridge. I am writing to thank you for the amazing Art you installed on the bridge. The color you have brought to this otherwise dismal area is jaw dropping! You have brought us so much Joy. Thank You!”

Does anyone have experience or resources you can point me toward for the intersection of public art and bridges? Specifically, in my community, we are looking for ways to utilize public art to either mask a viewscape that is rather industrial or steer the viewer's eye away from the industrialized area. Additionally, I am looking for examples of artistic approaches to creating guard rails.
