Pellon and Polytab are the two brand names I'm familiar with. You'd have to visit the manufacturer's website to find out who distributes them.  Sometimes you can get smaller quantities through regular fabric stores, since they typically only sell to the trade.

Pellon:  http://www.pellonprojects.com/about/pellon-brands/
Polytab:  used to be available on Amazon but they seem to be out.  Try a local tent and awning company, they can get you smaller quantities.

Could anyone give me the low down on parachute cloth for murals?  Where do you buy it?  Are there quality control concerns?  About how much does it cost per square foot?  I’ve downloaded some excellent guides from more experienced arts councils, such as Philadelphia as well as The American Institute for Conservation.  I just need a “where do I get it” guide.  Thank you!
