Great talking to you yesterday Nick. I'd be interested in this data too.

We are always looking for the latest ways to accurately measure specific segments of the creative economy.
My concern is that this data would be imbedded in several different places, and difficult to aggregate without serious double counting.
Wondering if anyone has used WESTAF or EMSI data to look at this?

Hi PAN,

I'm researching how much is spent annually on public art in the United States. Is it $500 Million? $2 Billion? This metric is just one of several possible metrics that could answer the question: What is the size of our industry?

I thought I had seen a report on US spending in 2014 from a major foundation, but now I can't find it. Does anyone know of a recent report or study that shows these numbers? I'd also be interested in reports on public art spending in other countries as well.

Thank you for your help!

Best,

Nick Anderson
