Good Morning, Everyone,

What are your standards for Liability Insurance requirements for temporary (60 days in this case) public art projects? We do a temporary art project in a different community of New Mexico every year (and have for the last 14 years), however for the first time in my memory, we have a site owner requiring a certificate of proof of liability coverage from the artist with them named as the insured (with less than two weeks to go before installation). These are small dollar projects, just $2,000 each. I am just trying to get a sense of what other communities do with regard to liability insurance coverage (and the proof thereof) for these kinds temporary art projects.

Thanks so much for any info you can provide and have a great weekend,

Michelle
