Hello all,

I will be presenting to our city council next week on the possibility of using a rotating sculpture program to sculptures on pads on either end of the bridge.  I have already been asked about the possible impact on vehicular traffic in the immediate area around the new sculpture.  The concern being people slowing down to look at the new artwork.  Does anyone have any data from their community indicating that new sculptures create traffic issues after new installation?
