Catherine,
Either an invoice or copy of the contract is sufficient for our purposes.
Best,
Elise

Subject: AiPP in Private Development - Acquisition fee justification
CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Be cautious of opening attachments and clicking on links.
Dear PAN Peeps with Art in Public Places in Private Development programs:
When developers propose purchase of artwork through a gallery or other source (existing or commissioned), what is your method of confirming the cost? Do you accept an invoice from the source as sufficient, do you require an independent
appraisal of the artwork, or apply some other method to justify expense?
Apologies if this is obvious; seeking backup.
Thanks!
