Hi Beth,
Our Procurement Dept is responsible for retaining our artist selection materials including conflict of interest forms from panelists, though I always also prepare and retain an evaluation memo/summary for each
solicitation that records panel members, tallied scores for finalists, and notes on the panel’s recommendation. Hope this is helpful.
Best,

Subject: Q for my City Govt friends - retaining scoring sheets etc for artist selection processes?
Does anyone have guidelines on record retention for scoring sheets used in an artist selection process? Or is it OK simply to document who was part of the interview panel and the general process in case you get a public record request regarding
who was selected and why?
