Urban Confluence is a design competition to create a 21^st Century monument in Silicon Valley.  Finalists will receive $150,000 stipends to develop and present their ideas. The project is sponsored by an independent non-profit based in San Jose.  There is a webinar describing the project on Thursday, November 7.
