St. John’s Hospital Foundation seeks five custom, site-specific artworks for Sage Living; a new residential senior care community located in Jackson, Wyoming. 

Application Deadline: January 24th, 2020, or until the call fills to capacity, only the first 250 applications will be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY: Artists living in Wyoming, Utah, Montana, Idaho, and Colorado are invited to apply.
