Hi,
Around here Toppenish, Washington and The Dalles, Oregon come to mind. Also, the state of Oregon, through its travel division known as Travel Oregon, has developed a mural trail over the past two years, which our town is preparing to participate in. Travel Oregon has lots of guidelines.

Hi,
I'm doing a few case studies on murals projects in cities with fewer than 100,000 population. If you have a strong murals program in a small city I'd be grateful if you can share your guidelines. Thanks.
