REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Indiana State University invites applicants for a site-specific project for the College of Health and Human Services. The sculpture will be located indoors in or around the grand staircase on the West side of the new Health and Human Services building. The College of Health and Human Services is located at the corner of Chestnut and 4th Street in Terre Haute, Indiana.
The artist’s total budget for this project shall not exceed $85,000.00
