We use the Artsopolis platform for our Indy Arts Guide and we use their Public Art module, which is designed to host public information about a collection. We have about 800 works in that database, which is fully searchable and easy to administer. Check it out through www.indyarts.org (click on Public Art and mouse down to Public Art Directory).

Hello All,

The City of Philadelphia is looking for recommendations for a database software for the City’s collection of public art. Currently using MS Access and potentially looking to transfer into a more user-friendly application.

Thank you!
