Looking for artist fees for a limited completion for the design of a 3 acre park/plaza in downtown Jacksonville.  I would like to invite three teams and pay them for schematic design with cost estimate (not just conceptual).  Minimum team:  lead artist, landscape architect and civil engineer.  If the lead artist is not from Jacksonville, then a Jacksonville artist must be included on the team.

I was thinking of $20,000 each.  The budget range for the park is $600,000 to $3,000,000.   The final artist fees for the project would be set by scope of work and final budget.
