Lynn – thanks for asking questions that seem to be on everyone’s mind based on responses so far (and they were on mine).
Here in Boulder:
1. Too soon to tell, but current allocated funds remain tied to projects underway.
2. With the current stay at home orders, projects are slowing and non-essential work (which includes public art) is not allowed on city property at this time. While attempting
to get a better understanding on the city’s overall forecasted revenue, there’s an overall hold on any new projects, programs, hiring, etc.

Here in VT it is still too early to tell. We have one community public art program that we are moving forward with- but unclear how the summer/fall planning

I realize this question might be too soon, but I'm about to teach a class to a bunch of anxious artists who are interested in hearing our best guess. With respect to your own programs:
1) Are funds that are already allocated for commissions going to stay in the pipeline or will they go away?
2) Will you be issuing new RFQ's or are you getting signs that everything is on hold?
