As a result of COVID-19 social distancing requirements we had to resort to an online artist selection panel last week. It went pretty smoothly and actually had a number of unexpected positive results (even above and beyond selecting a wonderful artist!). My staff put together a nice list of tips/lessons learned for our own future use and I thought I'd share with you in case helpful as we all adjust to operating remotely for the coming weeks/months.
