Hi PAN family,

I would be really interested to know the intended longevity of these pieces and materials used. We want to do a street mural, but there is a debate between permanent/temporary materials. Has anyone got wisdom/experience re suitable paint for a 2-3 month durability on a well-used road?

And then how is it removed before it deteriorates?

We’d welcome any insight into this aspect.

Thanks so much,

Fiona

Subject: Black Lives Matter street mural census

Stephen Larrick, an urban planner, has started an interesting project. He is developing a spreadsheet of the Black Lives Matter street murals and other street murals related to this moment, including images.

If your city has a mural, sanctioned or unsanctioned, you can it add the info to this open spreadsheet.

Thanks!
