Good Morning everyone,

Do any City Public Art programs fund murals on private property? If so, how do you set up a maintenance agreement? Who is the owner of the mural? What is the length of the City's responsibility to the property owner? Is there an easement involved? 

Looking for some kind of program documentation that outlines this process.
