I use the SC-1 on projects that have been installed on metal. It's great but can leave a slightly rubbery surface, which feels weird and can peel off.

I second the use of these. I also commend providing the MSDS or SDS sheets. Whatever you decide, you’ll want to keep that documentation for any permitting you continue. Furthermore, consider what type of paint/material you will be placing upon the surface as different primers promote different adhesion. If, for example, an artist is doing a more scenic treatment and using Modern Masters, there is a different primer set for metal effects. Is it wheat paste? It’ll have another different approach and sealant.

Hope that helps!
