Hi Lynn,

I am sure others will have thoughts, and wanted to point towards a recent blog post written by Katie Cornell, Asheville Area Arts Council on there steps taken to implement a BLM mural which may provide some guidance: https://blog.americansforthearts.org/2020/09/11/5-tips-for-implementing-a-black-lives-matter-street-mural

Subject: examples and strategies for street painting

Dear PAN members,

Students at my university are planning to paint Black Lives Matter on a designated street on campus. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has any information they can share regarding best materials and strategies to layout the lettering and paint it- ei. paint rollers? marking chalk? etc.

Thanks for your help,

Lynn
