I am the arts and humanities coordinator for the City of Takoma Park in Maryland, and I will be issuing a call soon for artist-designed bike racks. If you've issued a recent call or know of one,
I'd appreciate it if you would share it with me. I'm trying to anticipate all of the parameters and potential issues down the road so the call addresses them at the front end.
