Good god, no. That is insane. Sounds like a ruse to kill public art without actually outlawing it.

Good Afternoon Public Art Colleagues,
This morning, the Idaho State Legislature introduced the attached resolution requiring a 2/3 majority public approval vote on any public art project using tax dollars with a budget
over $10,000. I am curious if anyone here has dealt with proposed legislation of this nature. Any resources, talking points, past examples, and/or additional information is greatly appreciated.
