Hello PAN peeps,

I am throwing out a question that I don’t recall seeing—at least in a very long time—regarding the storage of portable works.

Backstory: we have an opportunity to have new space designed to the needs of our portable works collection, to plan for its growth, etc.

Other than the obvious things—temperature control, flood prevention, racks, flat files, lighting, etc.,  if you have gone through this, I’d welcome hearing your thoughts, suggestions, recommendations. After years of “making do”,  I’d love to get this right.

Respectfully,

Robin
