Dear Molly,

While a Letter of Acceptance is certainly needed and should include information pertinent to the specific project, what is really important is the Transfer of Title.  I’m attaching a general form Transfer of Title for you to see what I mean.  Hope this is helpful!

Best,

Sarah

Subject: Acceptance letter

Dear PAN friends,

We are updating all our documents and wondering if you have any examples to share of a Letter of Acceptance for a finished public art commission.

Thank you in advance,

Molly
