Subject: Temporary art on city property policy

Hello all,

I am drafting a policy which would allow community members to apply to install temporary art on city property and I would be so grateful it if anyone on this list who has such a policy could share it with me. It could include placemaking too. Any advice/experience/caveats on presenting something like this city council is certainly welcome and appreciated.

I am the library director in a small town but I also wear the public art hat (I administer the 1% for the arts program here). Thanks in advance!
